Clicks Online service

I recently ordered from Clicks Online, having never bought anything online, I found their page welcoming and user friendly. After that I received my sms 3 days for store pick-up and I did not wait in line. Told the lady at the info I was here for a parcel, she asked for my OTP and I was done. I must say for someone who is scared of cyber hacking, Clicks was transparent with billing.
