Clicks online service

Hi am very disgusted in the service I received from the consultant for Clicks head office her name its Nolubabalo I dont know if i am not white enough to get proper service.

When i ask for a Manager to enquire about my order i was told the Manager was to busy to assist me while i had paid for my order online.
