Clicks online service A WASTE OF TIME

What the hell is the point of having an online order service if no one keeps up with it. I've ordered countless times from the pharmacy and I've NEVER received an SMS notifying me when my order is ready for collection. Every time i order I give them about a week to send the notification even though the website claims a 4 hour wait for the SMS. Usually I have to call and enquire about my order or go to the store and stand in the long lines..this is ridiculous. This was my last time ordering from clicks. I'm switching to dischem. They have an online service for pick ups and deliveries that ACTUALLY WORKS !
