Clicks online service

I placed an online order on the 29th of March. I called in customer care twice , once on the 4th and 5th of April, each time I called I was assured that I would recieve my SMS for picking up the package at the end of that working day. The SMS online came one the 8 of April, 7 working days later. When I went to pick up the package , it had to wait 45min because they couldn't find it. Keep in mind that I package extra to have my packages delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

Pathetic service . Don't waste your time. It's better to waste for the store to get stock then order online or better yet buy it from somewhere else
