Clicks Online retail Disaster

I ordered and paid for a Dyson vacuum cleaner online from Clicks on 27 November with delivery promised for 4 December. On 4 December Clicks delivered the wrong item and I refused the delivery from RAM couriers, who promised to "sort it out" Despite following up multiple times I have been unable to get anything more than "we are looking into it" from Clicks or RAM along with pathetic statements about how busy they are. Obviously too busy to attend to a disappointed customer.
