Clicks online refund

I recently purchase a mini fridge online, and was unhappy with my purchase. It wasn't any product defect I just didn't like it and returned it in store at Conubia Mall. I was dreading the back and forth to get a refund but I'm so pleased with teh customer service I received from Nolubabalo Mqeke. She was diligent and the whole process of the refund was handled timeously. I give credit where credit is due and I must say hats off to clicks.
