Clicks Online purchases.....Stay away....avoid dissapointment

On the 29th of November 2020 I looked for a new toaster and decided to buy through Clicks online....I found a 4 slice toaster....so bought it online......At the 1st of Desember I opened my mail and saw the toaster showed out of stock....so I've decided to phone their customer care .....I raised that I saw the toaster was out of stock so I wanted to cancel the purchase....then customer care said their IT department made a mistake and the toaster is in stock....and delivery will take place at 04th Desember latest.....So I phoned to confirm delivery just to find out from the company that must do the delivery...that they give the parcel to a 3rd party delivery company to deliver....I was curious cause promises were made for the Friday....with no avail.....I feel as Customer I was treated very unfairly and would advise someone who wants to do Online Shopping with Clicks not to do so cause dissapointment would be the outcome.....As of now I'm still not sure if I will get the package......The customer care automatic voice says 4 Days then parcel will be delivered....Well it's day 6 and tomorrow day 7.....I will never use Clicks online again......My purchase number is ***
