Clicks online purchase vs what was actually delivered....

I made a on-line purchase on 7 January 2021, where I bought a Meaco Fan 1056. It was on sale at R1 999-00. However the incorrect Meaco item was delivered. A dehumidifier was delivered instead and I notified Clicks (21/01/2021)that the incorrect item was delivered. Incorrect item was then collected, eventually. i've had to send follow up email after follow up email to Clicks to find out if I was going to be refunded or actually receive my initial Meaco Fan. then on 15 MARCH 2021 I received A Meaco fan but it's the 650 model, where i bought and paid for the the 1056 model.... To date I've not received ANY feedback to my query regarding the incorrect model being delivered or the fact that I've emailed Clicks stating that I'm more or less happy to keep and use the Meaco 650 as I don't wish to risk waiting another 2 months for the correct model to arrive... i also stated that I feel that if i'm going to to keep the 650 model i should be compensated for the wrong model being delivered YET AGAIN and also for the time it's taken to even get something that resembles a Meaco Fan..... I'm still waiting for feedback on that. My last email to Clicks was sent on 15 MARCH 2021....
