Clicks online purchase for collection

I purchased a glass kettle online on 29/04/2022 for collection at Clicks Westgate shopping mall. Until today I have not received it. I have made several phone calls and was told there's a delay and will be delivered to the branch on Monday 16/05/2022, but yet no communication from Clicks Customer Care. I called today, 16/05/2022 and was told they will call me back and that never happened. This was the last time to purchase anything online at Clicks. Unfortunately they do not have this kettle available in store and would've rather purchased it then. They are unreliable and have bad communication.
