There should be a no star option.

I placed an order online and for delivery on the 03/06/2020. I did take into consideration that the order could take 7-10 days for delivery due to the pandemic. Today is the 19/05/2020 & there has been no delivery not to mention any update on a delivery or the process of delivery.

I have contacted the customer service department on numerous occasions, only to be told that my query has been referred to the "Online Team". Even after insisting on a refund should the delivery not be made by today, 19/06, I was once again referred to the "Online Team", who has STILL not contacted me.

It is disgusting how quickly Clicks takes your money and then renders such poor service without any consideration for you as their customer.
