Clicks online purchase

I purchased a product online and chose the click and collect delivery method. According to their advertising, delivery can take up to 3 working days once the package has been collected by the courier. It has now been 6 working days since collection and no one seems to know where the package is. I have phoned the helpline 4 times and each time i am assured someone will investigate and let me know what is going on. Howevere no one has contacted me and i still do not know where my package is. I will definitely never use this service again and would advise anyone considering using this service to rather use Takealot or a similar company who delivers as promised
