Clicks online poor service

I placed an order on line in March. The order was never filled. In April I requested my refund. Which was promised to be after 15 days. Till today nothing has come thru. I call them almost every second day with no joy. Yesterday I called and was given a remittance advice with a different amount to what they owe me. Told money is in my account. But till today nothing has come through. I feel it's a disgrace for such a big company to be handling matters so incompetantly. And they are using a company called Omni. To me it's a company full of people who don't care for customer service and a bunch of empty promisers. Till today after more than a month they still can't refund my minimal amount and they make lots on sales daily. I love to shop online with clicks but this is making me loose my trust. Very disappointed in the Omni on behalf of clicks online.
