Clicks online pathetic

My wife ordered Revlon foundation from Clicks online on Wednesday 16 Feb and only received a notice to say that the product has been dispatched from Johannesburg. We live in George. It is now Sunday 20 Feb and still no sign of my order. When I do similar online purchases from Dischem or others, the product is always available the same day or the next day.
