Clicks online - Out of stock but still Advertised!

I ordered the Fitbit Aria white scale online on the 03.12.2017 as it was advertised as 50% off for R999. I get an e-mail stating that it’s out of stock so I’ve been given a refund and R50 voucher for the inconvenience. However if you go online you can purchase both the white and black scale for R1,199 and it doesn’t even say out of stock!

What’s annoying is that clicks didn’t even call me or mail to say it’s out of stock and whether I would wait - they just processed a refund. It’s pathetic customer service, I knew the in-store service is terrible but I didn’t think online too!
