Clicks online orders not working with eBucks

Clicks online shopping not working. I placed an order on Thursday the 16th of April. The payment was done with eBucks and the website displayed a message stating “Your order is being processed, you will receive an email once this is done”. I then noticed the items were still in the shopping cart and contacted them on the Friday since I have not received an email. I had to phone several times as the line got cut every time someone picks up. Eventually got through and was told someone from online will contact me during the day on Friday....still waiting... I phoned again today, Tuesday, and got the same message... someone will contact me. If I knew the service was going to be this bad I would have rather gone to a shop. Will never order online again and would not recommend this to anyone else.
