Clicks online orders a disaster

Made an order for my baby's diapers on the 2nd of November, today is the 11th and I haven't heard anything from Clicks except for my calls to be hung up whenever I try to find out about the delay. The customer service is very bad, and I wasn't expecting such from a big brand like CLICKS. Please avoid buying anything online with them, especially if it's something that you want to use asap. Probably they are manufacturing my baby's diapers (PAMPERS). Is there any option they can refund me my money and I will start doing business with DisChem or other reliable brands. #ClicksMustFall
