clicks online orders

On the Friday 28 August 26, I experienced the most dreadful services from Clicks Online. I placed an order or 3 Shea Leave in conditioners but somehow the online did not apply the promotional discount. I emailed immediately and 5;days later received a reply. The next morning, I called the call centre and to my horror the *********** operator had no clue what she was talking about and refer me ya store but product is online only 3 for 2. Three days later I noticed Clicks refunded my club card for 1 product and only sent me 1. I queried what happened to false advertising of 3 for 2 but the call centre cut the call immediately. Never will purchase online again.
