Clicks online ordering useless

Today I was sick in bed and was sent a script by my doctor and chose to order the meds for deliveryas Ibwas feeling terrible. Despite having a Clicks Clubcard I had to fill in ALL my details on the website. At the end of the ordeal, the website said I need to download the app. After another 20 minutes of again filling in ALL my details the app informed me that the delivery would only take place the next day as it was after 3pm. I tried to cancel the order as I needed to get on the meds the same day, but couldn't find the order.

Why doesn't the app start with saying orders placed after 3 will only be delivered the next day. In fact why can't orders placed before 5 be delivered the same day - surely Prescription deliveries are more urgent than groceries and if Checkers can do it, why not Clicks.

Secondly why can't the app import all ones details from your Clicks club card and save your loyal customers from filling them in again.

Lastly it did not accept my password, saying it was incorrect, and when it forced me to change the password, it said the password I had used was the last one.

Really, if you want our business you have to do better than this
