Clicks online ordering is a joke!!!

Online ordering with clicks is a nightmare!!

This is the third time I've ordered with Clicks, that my order either went missing, or wasn't processed, or had a delay, or whatever the excuse is. The very first time it happened, they lost my order and I waited 2 weeks to get a new one. So yesterday I placed an order, the payment went through immediately. Since then I haven't received an SMS or email confirming my order, it also doesn't appear on the app or the website. I phoned customer service now, and was told that my order never went through, but someone will get back to me next week to find out whether I would like a refund, or to recreate the order. And then I'll probably wait another week for my order. In the meantime, Clicks already took my money, so I can't go to a shop to get the items I need, I have to wait for them to get back to me some day. This is pathetic. How many times can you ***** up one person's orders??? I order online ONLY, all my groceries are delivered every month. I haven't had a single glitch with Checkers, Makro, Dischem, pick 'n pay or Game. But there's always an issue with Clicks. Lesson learned, this was the very last time.
