Clicks online order with a missing item still not refunded weeks later.

I have been ordering from clicks online for awhile now. My latest purchase was delivered with a missing item. I contacted clicks custom service numerous of times only for them to drag their feet with a response ,finally I was informed that the missing item amount would be credited into my clicks clubcard with in 24 hours . The order was delivered over a week ago and I contacted customer services the moment I received my order with a missing item this was over a week ago till now I have not been refunded.
