Clicks Online Order

On 28th November I placed an online order with Clicks and I am still waiting for the order to be delivered. I have phoned the call centre twice and no one can tell me when my order will be delivered. I also sent an email to customer complaints which has not been responded to. I have checked online and the status is "processing", so many days later. This is unacceptable, I will not order from Clicks again.
