clicks' online order delivery time VERY POOR - rather ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE

We ordered a medical device online through clicks' online ordering system.

This is a device for a very sick home-bound patient.

Now clicks say they can only deliver next week. - That is a waiting time of more than 8 DAYS to get something delivered.

I'm sorry -- but that is just VERY POOR, clicks.

Lesson learnt - I would never order through clicks' online ordering system again and sick patients, dependent on SWIFT delivery of medical devices and medicines should rather order elsewhere.
