Clicks online order (click and collect)

I made an online order (click and collect) on the 6th of January. It’s now the 17th of January I still haven’t received my order, it still says processing when I check. I called clicks customer service yeaterday and they say it also say that on their system as well and when they called the store ( Clicks Lemon Tree Alberton) they say it wasn’t delivered. I’m still waiting on further feedback.

I’m really disappointed in their service. I must say, I don’t see myself ever buying online from them again.
