Clicks online order

I ordered online on the 6th of December and on the website it said it would take 2-3 business days, it's the 18th now!!! I have a newborn so I thought ordering online and have my things delivered would make my life easier...Also, the things I had ordered are for my baby so I don't know what they want me to use in the meantime...such an inconvenience and they don't even bother communicating with you for updates.
