Clicks Online - Not up to Par... (pargo fail)

Online order took 10 days to deliver (ordered on 14 December) - arrived in the LATE afternoon Christmas Eve. Obviously too late to be useful - had to buy alternative gift.

Now I keep getting an email every day saying "my parcel is ready for collection", despite having emailed support who said they would deal with it" (and an email saying it had been picked up).

Do I have to go the chargeback route on my credit card? Failed to deliver product AND then failing to refund me
