CLICKS ONLINE NOT TRUSTWORTHY

I bought and paid items on sale on app at Clicks online. Days later I received a mail that certain products was "short-picked" and that the refund was put on my Clubcard as Cashback, thus not available to buy the product at another shop. On online shop though, product is still available, but not on special anymore! I requested my money back in my bank card and after two mails it was done so a week later. This happened twice in one month with different items, both on special.
