Clicks online - No delivery & no feedback

My husband placed an order online for a Munchkin safety gate on the 10th of Feb 2020 (order number #***), we have yet to receive the order. We called the call center and spoke to Johannes (ref number 1***), he advised that we should have received the order already and that he will find out more details as to why there was a delay and let us know, however it has been more than 2 weeks and we have not received any feedback. There are no details on my husbands online profile as to the delivery information for this product. Please provide feedback
