Clicks online nightmare

So I've ordered on clicks online on the 29th November mainly because im pregnant and couldn't really carry heavy and thought i would get the things delivered off to the office to make it easier for me... But noooooo I HAVE STILL NOT received anything from clicks besides them telling me my order was delivered on the 11th Dec at 9 am which was not because on the 11th Dec i contacted the call center at 12:57 to change my address because it was my last day at the office and the consultant confirmed because the parcels are still in transit i can change the address.... Today is the 30th Dec and Im still getting the run around from clicks regarding my parcels because up until today i have still not received anything at all and i was advised i would be provided with feedback today and haven't received feedback... My order was over r500 And had my maternity goodies for my hospital bag and toiletroll and other essentials for the house .... I have never been this disappointed by the online services of clicks.
