Clicks online is useless

I’m so disappointed with clicks online. I made an online purchase on Tuesday and selected the option of collecting item at my nearest clicks. It’s Saturday today and there’s no hope on site, when I track on my app it seems it hasn’t even left their warehouse. I called on Tuesday after making the purchase and was reassured that by the latest Friday I’ll have my order. This has inconvenienced me so much, I’m being forced to physically go buy this item in a store with extra money I don’t have. I expected so much better from Clicks especially because this is in jhb so I really don’t understand the delay. Never again
