CLICKS ONLINE IS USELESS

I did an online appointment for my Flu Vaccine at Clicks the Glen for Saturday 2025-05-04. I drove 35.6 kilometres from my residence. When I arrived at 09:35 for my appointment I was told by the pharmacist that they have been out of vaccines for the past couple of days. How do clicks do things and ensure that their patrons are happy when they can't even send a simple apology PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME.

Will I be reimbursed for my wasted petrol?
