Clicks online is the worst

I bought a stroller for my 1year old and it was defective. I sent in a query and 3 weeks later I still have no idea when I will get a replacement. I can't take it to the store for exchange. I am so frustrated. I would advise people not to buy clicks online because returning things is a nightmare.
