Clicks Online is a ****!!!

I ordered a package from Clicks online on the 1Dec 2019, the package deliver status says shipped Call customer care to find out where the package is and they told me to check at the store, Got there and package has not arrived 8days ago Charmaine Jansen from the Customer service said its being looked into, still received NOTHING!! initially delivery said 2 - 3 days, What a blatent lie and false advertising
