Clicks Online is a disaster (please sack the idiot running this s***show)

Ordered from Clicks Online, to collect in store. Delivery is still not confirmed a week later, then I get an email it was going to be another 6-8 working days. That means 3 weeks in total - if it arrives at all. I phoned customer care to cancel the order and they can't do that. Someone will call me in 2 hours to cancel the order. Nobody did and it's 3 days now. I wrote an email - no reply in 2 days. Checkers can deliver in 60 minutes. Pick N Pay the same day. Takealot in 24 hours for collection. Clicks should stop pretending they can run an online business and give me my money back.
