Clicks online is a disaster

Clicks online is a disaster. I ordered a Safeway convection oven from them during the Black Friday weekend sale. To earn the 40% discount, I added two more nonsensical Safeway products. In the middle of the night, I get a sneaky email saying that they don't have stock of the convection oven. As I only ordered the other two products to get the discount, I phoned them at 7:30 the next morning to cancel the entire order. Their response - sorry, you cannot cancel an order. How is this an omnichannel experience?
