clicks online is a ****

On the 31st of January i purchased a skin care kit from clicks online like i usually do the transaction was successful and they sent an invoice confirming that they will deliver the product. On the 1st of February they sent another email saying unfortunately they cannot deliver the product is not available,they will refund me on the clicks cash card. When i log in to the app the money i bought with its already half and transaction were made at hazyview clicks and i am located i am mbombela, when i enquired with they claim have 4 cards link to the cash card i used which is notmy problem cause i never gave them any consent that they should pay me via their cash card whilei paid directly with my bank card. Now the cash card is left with R145 and my purchase was R495 talk abouta *******😪 now they refusing to refund methe whole amount. The order number was ***
