Clicks Online - impossible to access

Trying to do online shopping at Clicks is almost impossible. The passwords are never accepted. I have tried to reset my password countless times and although is does say 'successful', when `i try to log in it says username or password incorrect!!! This is very frustrating. When call the help number - all they say is, we will refer it to our online department!!! Nothing happens! Perhaps Dischem will be better at online shopping and website access!
