Clicks online horrible service

On May 4 2026 I bought a La roche posay serum clicks online and it was supposed to be delivered last week on May 7 2026 but it never came because the billing address and the delivery address that I saved or wrote are actually different from the address on the packaging of my parcel and I don't know who changed that address because normally when these couriers deliver a parcel it has the details of the recipient and the address of the recipient as well but here's the thing when the delivery guy from takealot called me and he asked me to give the directions of where I live and when I gave him the address he said it was different from the one on the parcel and he can't deliver it and ever since then I've been calling the CLICKS CUSTOMER CARE LINE and they are failing me and I don't who changed my address. I am gravely disappointed in their service
