Clicks online horrible service

I bought some baby stuff on the clicks online app for collection at their clicks store in olokwane central. Lo & behold, I got ther Saturday morning to collect my order, only to be told that I'll have to wait 4 to 6 days to get my order. Mind you, this are bby stuff, formulas, diapers and all. I tried explaining to the manager how urgent I want the goods as my baby has ran out of formula. I asked them to call the nine store and ask them to give me aa voucher to get the stuff in the store but I was told that I will not be able to get any stuff from the store, will have to wait for the formula to be couriered form jhb to polokwane. I called their head office this morning and was given the same answer. I feel defeated, I don't know what to do😭
