Clicks online horrible

I ordered online and received order about 2 weeks ago. My vitamins which cost R300 were all squished and out of the protective foil. I emailed the clicks online and all I get is ‘we will escalate and send to relevant department’. Vitamins are still at my house and no actual response whatsoever. I’m so annoyed as we order online to avoid the shops then when package is damaged you expect a reply and a new pack delivered to you, but clicks is just avoiding the whole email and messing me around. I’m sitting without vitamins for over a week now and feel weak every day. I’m a new mom and b/feeding baby so my vitamins are important. This is not the first time that clicks online messes up . And their response previously was unacceptable.
