Clicks Online Garbage

Annoyed!!! I placed an order on Clicks online on the 27th October 2021, immediately money was deducted from my account. up to now the status still says Processing. I sent a complained still waiting for an answer. called them twice and the people I spoke to don't even have answers. they are clueless asked them why am I still on processing they don't know, when will my order be delivered still they don't know.

went to Messenger, no answer there. went to twitter and they have escalated my complaint. How long should I wait and obviously you order things that you need but they are taking their sweet time, I am actually beyond annoyed.
