I order last year black Friday pantene shampoo the special was like this buy 1 get 1 free so I orders 48 online I paid and wait what did I receive only 24 bottles I called they say I did not press right how can I make a mistake if this is your special not mine I tried many time and all the people says the same I select the product the amount I want. I only received 24 bottles. It feels you have to sort out your mistake
