Clicks online ****

I bought products at clicks online on the 27 November 2023 worth R1527. The transaction went through on my side, usually after I purchased something online I receive a confirmation email or sms but I didn't get that, I immediately called customer service and sent them numerous email regarding this issue. Still today they sent me an automated email that they are investigating the matter. How long must I wait what about my money or the things I ordered. Can't they see urgency in this matter or they don't care. Lesson learned clicks online it's a ****
