Clicks online don't deliver after paying.

Never buy from clicks online. I bought things online Tuesday 02 April 2019. I choose the Express delivery which takes 24hours. Even today 06 April 2019 I haven't received my parcel that I paid for. I called and they told meh it takes 1-3 working days. I get that but today it's day 4 still haven't received anything. I called today again and I was told problem was with the courier.

I asked for refund and they told me to be patient my things will be delivered to the nearest store I chose.

I will never buy from clicks. I will just stick with Dischem.
