Clicks Online do not deliver!

Clicks Online I ordered an item on Sun. 22nd. Received notification of dispatch next working day, Monday. Paid for 1- 3 day delivery. Not received by Friday 27th. Contacted online department and told that as I lived in outlying town(Barrydale), could not expect normal delivery time. NOT TRUE. Barrydale is on busy R62, Worcester through to Oudsthorn and serviced daily by couriers. I have two accounts with couriers (Kargo and ST Couriers) and both deliver next working day if contacted in time. Informed that Fedex are the guilty party and if so, this is not acceptable level of service. Glibly told it would arrive on Monday, 30th ?? Not good enough if a company wants to have an online service.
