Clicks Online delivery disaster

I ordered some Clinique products online and had selected the free 24 hour store delivery option as I was leaving the country the following week. I placed the order on a Friday. From the next Monday I awaited for delivery to my selected store. Friday, a week after placing my order (the day i was flying out) i had still not received my order, i even went to the store and they refused to check unless I had received an sms. I had sent an email to follow up as well, called them and they said, wait 2 -3 days! I was leaving on Friday. The 24 hour delivery is a huge joke, the normal 1-3 working days is also a joke as the product then arrived suddenly Saturday morning! I was in the UK by then. i re-ordered in here and guess what, delivered in 2 day! well done UK
