Clicks Online Delivery

I ordered at Clicks online and when it was time to deliver, the driver called at 6PM and he was impatient and rude, not wanting to listen to the directions. I want a full refund and for that driver to be put under review, he does not know how to talk to customers, very rude! He returned with my package
