Clicks Online Customer Support Very Poor

I have been struggling since APRIL 2019 with Clicks Customer Service to update my contact details. It is an incredibly simple request and they have failed to do this successfully after I have followed regularly up numerous times. How hard is it to update an email address? At this time (July 2019) it is still unresolved and I have received only empty promises and failed attempts. Please train your staff properly!
