Clicks online complaint

Bought a wheelchair less than a month ago online on the clicks website , it costed almost R4000. The legs on the wheelchair fell out almost a week later , called clicks call center with no help at all, i want a full refund for this faulty product that was sent to me , the package was delivered with no receipt etc, I have my eft made to them as proof of purchase , it's not ethically correct to sell broken items especially online,
