Clicks online buy and collect bad experience

Im not happy at all about clicks online services. This buying online and collect in store really sucks had i had known I wasn't going to use it. How is it that I buy Procydin something that they have in-store and i have to wait for it to be delivered. It's been 3 days now and I'm still waiting for Procydin... Funny this is that this is not mentioned when they say buy and collect in-store. I don't know for how long is my mother going to wait for this medication. This really doesn't make sense but we leave we learn.
