Online Order Number #*** The order was paid on the 16/12/2020, next week it will be 30 days, I did not receive my order, no one contacted me even after I have called the help desk, this is one of the pathetic service that one must not come across, what is the use of calling to query my order and I was given the ref and also told that someone will call me, that is almost a week and I am still waiting, what about my goods, I had to spend another R400 to buy this bathroom amenities, where is customer service here, I will never ever again buy on online.
